Katie is HELLO!’s Lifestyle Writer. Since joining the team in 2023, she has pursued her passion for news and feature writing across the Lifestyle verticals - fashion, beauty, parenting and homes, as well as travel, fitness, food and weddings with a US and UK celebrity or royal angle. 

Katie’s features for print and digital have seen her interview stars including award-winning actress Emilia Fox and Hollywood star of Deli Boys and Wolfs, Poorna Jagannathan through to podcaster Vogue Williams and seminal environmental activist Erin Brockovich whose story was fictionalised in the 2000 Oscar-winning film starring Julia Roberts.

Her work has also taken her to the red carpet at some of showbusiness’ most renowned award ceremonies; from catching up with High School Musical and The Great Gatsby star Corbin Bleu at the Olivier Awards to getting up close with the likes of Nicola Coughlan and David Tennant at the BAFTA TV Awards. 

Exclusive events also populate Katie’s diary, with interviewing celebrities at Wimbledon and attending a fashion launch for the King’s niece, Olympic equestrian Zara Tindall, taking the top spots among her highlights.

She also regularly speaks to industry-leading professionals including head artists on the Strictly Come Dancing Tour glam squad and the designer of the Duchess of Westminster’s bespoke bridal gown to get under the surface of the biggest pop culture moments.

Katie is a Kent native who before joining the team at HELLO! achieved an MA in Magazine Journalism from the prestigious City, University of London and earned freelance bylines in The Telegraph and Livingetc. In her spare time, Katie enjoys a glass of fizz with her pals and singing in a London-based musical theatre choir.
