Prince William's poignant project
Today is World Suicide Prevention Day, and Prince William has been working on a very poignant project.
The Royal Foundation of The Prince and Princess of Wales is launching a new initiative to help prevent suicide in Wales. The foundation is teaming up with the Welsh Rugby Union and the Jac Lewis Foundation, a mental health charity, to open a mental health hub inside Cardiff's Principality Stadium.
Inspired by the Jac Lewis Foundation's work, the hub will give hundreds of people at risk of suicide access to professional mental health services. The Jac Lewis Foundation was started in 2019 in memory of Jac Lewis, who died by suicide.
Keep posted for more on William's visit to the hub today...
William and Kate's 'sporty' family passion
The Prince and Princess of Wales, along with their three children, are set to move to Forest Lodge, a perfect fit for their sporty family!
One of the most exciting features of their new home is a tennis court on the grounds. This is a perfect addition for the family, especially for Princess Kate, who is a well-known tennis enthusiast and the Patron of the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club.
She has even played with professional players like Roger Federer and Emma Raducanu. Raducanu has even commented on Kate's "incredible forehand." The new court will allow the entire family to enjoy the sport together.
Prince William's 'spontaneous' photo reemerges
Shinner, who has worked with the family for several years, captured the candid moment in their garden in Norfolk earlier this year.
The photo, which shows William playfully wrestling in the grass with Prince George, 12, and Prince Louis, seven, as daughter Princess Charlotte, 10, laughed, was released by Kensington Palace to celebrate Father's Day. The children's social media post at the time read, "Happy Father's Day, Papa (before and after!) We love you!"

Per The Telegraph, she was raised in a six-bedroom Edwardian home, now estimated to be worth £1.5 million. A Christian, like her parents, Rupert Sanders and Mary Hoskins, she spent a lot of time at her local church, All Hallows. Her late father was a long-standing churchwarden, and her mother is a member of the ministry team.

Prince Harry completes final engagement before leaving
Prince Harry has completed his final engagement before returning to the United States. The Duke headed to a Diana Award event, and speaking to people there, he said: "Getting involved in peaceful social action takes courage and determination. Young people see the issues society faces close up - whether that’s poor mental health or the consequences of inequalities. But you don't stand still; your empathy and compassion drive you to make change. Purpose combined with action can help overcome a sense of hopelessness, and that’s exactly what you've shown today.
"When you spoke about how taking action gave you purpose, confidence and joy, it was more powerful than any statistic. It reminded me that agency is not a luxury for young people, it is a lifeline.
"My mother believed in the power and agency of young people to positively impact the world. The Diana Award continues her legacy by putting young people at the heart of everything they do. Today is a perfect example of that. My message to everyone is don't stand still, don’t stay silent - make them hear you because you speak for the majority."
